Picture
Put a Blu Ray film on and you'll not regret buying this TV. The size, picture, colour depth and different colour picture modes are flawless. The only problem is realising how bad standard definition TV really is!

UI
Not that the menu is a key player when choosing a TV, it is important. Luckily; this one's spot on!

DLNA / USB
The TV picked up my computer (Windows 7) and all of its films and music in seconds. HD/Blu Ray films stream fine too, which I was unsure or originally. My only gripe is that it doesn't pick up the folders. However, plugging an external HD straight into the USB slot on the back of the TV does pick up all of the folders :).

Sound

I have a large summer house in my garden which has been fitted out to be an external living room and I needed something reasonably priced, not too large and with a good picture. I have a hardwired ethernet link to the summerhouse so this TV was intended, via the connection of my Vaio laptop, to show media content streamed from my server in the house.

I have friends and family who have brought LG and though I never have, I had always been impressed with the specification so I delved into it on this TV before purchase and was very surprised to see that at this price point it had DLNA connectivity via an ethernet network port. This tipped the balance in it's favour as DLNA is a feature usually reserved for most manufacturers flagship TV's.

I didn't want 3D, my Blu-ray already has smart features and so this TV was exactly what I needed. Combined with my Sony Blu-ray and my Humax freesat HDR, this TV gives the best HD pictures I have yet seen. Great price as well for a 2012 model, sorry Amazon I got mine over 100 quid cheaper elsewhere. Would highly recommend this for those who don't want 3D or smart functions.

Had this TV a couple of weeks now , not to much to say after all its a TV , but picture is ok, probably best suited to a bedroom etc, it is HD ready meaning 720p max, so a PS3/Xbox 360 should be fine on it , the remote is better than my main samsung tv remote, as in you dont need to aim it directly at the tv for it to work.
The stand is fixed, so you cant swivel or tilt the tv in any way but being only 19" its not to much of a problem. The USB is for the most part not much use apart from updating firmware, it will NOT play video, only listen to mp3 or view pictures.

i bought this as a bedroom tv so it doesnt get a lot of use, but im quite happy with it for the price 4/5

I bought this TV to replace a 15 inch Philips analogue TV in the kitchen. It is smaller that the Philips, which is good and the picture is good but I'm disappointed by the quality of the sound. The Philips TV had a reasonable sound quality for its size because of the front facing speakers. The Samsung has a very thin sound, the speakers are at the back of the TV and produce poor sound quality, hence three stars.

This was purchased as a Christmas present for my parents in law. They wanted a compact TV for use in the bedroom. This fitted the bill exactly. Delivery was excellent - very prompt. Quality of picture is excellent and when fitted on a wall bracket this TV is brilliant for use in their bedroom where there is not so much space. It folds back out of the way when not in use but will swing round for viewing. Setting up was straight forward so I would recommend.

Simple and effective. Mounted on a corner of a kitchen wall unit, it allows the TV to be moved to face through 270 degrees, from the food prep area round to the table where we have most of our meals.

Brilliant product for wall mounting in akward places, as it has the double arm which enables you to pull the arm right out to view the TV around a corner, or you can place it flat against the wall, we are very pleased with it.

I fitted it a couple of weeks ago and it's been absolutely fine and does just what I expected. Because it has an arm that is jointed in the middle it allows the TV to extend further and also swivel through 90 degrees. It seems well made and appears to be as good as other brackets costing several times more. I would have liked it to available in silver to match the TV but it's not really an issue as it's hardly seen anyway. As there is no adjustment to rotate the TV you do have to ensure that the mounting holes are truly vertical. I drilled and screwed the top one, mounted the TV, checked the screen was horizontal with a spirit level and then marked the position of the bottom hole before drilling it.
